Payment Options
We accept Cash On Delivery (COD) within the United Arab Emirates. Pay with this payment method and there are no additional fees.

We also offer Zbooni card payments, if you choose this option, then shortly after placing your order you will receive a payment link to the registered mobile phone number & email. Once you complete payment, then your order will be packed and shipped.

UAE Delivery
The Kids Collection delivers within the United Arab Emirates.

Standard Delivery: Delivery is between Monday to Saturday and a flat fee of 22 AED is charged on orders under 300 AED.

Orders are dispatched using a trackable service via FENIX Courier.

Delivery estimate is 1-2 working days from the day you place your order.

** Please note orders placed on Saturdays after 3pm and Sundays will be dispatched on the Monday.

GCC Delivery
The Kids Collection ships to GCC countries using DHL, UPS (whoever offers the best shipping rate at that time), please contact us at info@thekidscollection.com to get a shipping quote.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email or an SMS notification from the courier containing a tracking number to track its progress online.

Free Shipping
Delivery on orders over 300 AED will be free within the United Arab Emirates.
