PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
1. WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?
We accept Cash On Delivery (COD) within the United Arab Emirates.
We also offer Zbooni card payments, if you choose this option, then shortly after placing your order you will receive a payment link to the registered mobile phone number. Once you complete payment, then your order will be packed and shipped.
2. WHAT ARE YOUR UAE DELIVERY OPTIONS?
The Kids Collection currently offers standard delivery within the United Arab Emirates between Monday to Saturday and at a flat fee of 22 AED on orders under 300 AED.
Orders are dispatched via FENIX Express Courier.
Delivery estimate is 1-2 working days from the day you place your order.
3. WHAT ARE YOUR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer GCC Delivery on most orders, please contact us at info@thekidscollection.com to get a shipping quote (via UPS)
4. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email or an SMS notification from the courier containing a tracking number to track its progress online.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
1. CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
We understand that sometimes you change your mind, you can return your purchase within a 7 day period for a full refund, minus shipping and subject to the below terms:
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund,
- Refunds are only available for card payments (once available), Cash on Delivery purchases will be issued store credit for the value of the returned item/s,
- To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging,
- To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. WHEN IS IT NOT POSSIBLE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
There are certain situations where we may not be able to offer a full refund:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error,
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after purchase,
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on dishware, skincare, baby accessories and any sale items.
3. WHAT IS THE REFUND PROCESS?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will then be processed:
- If you paid using Zbooni card payments, then a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (currently not available),
- If you paid using Cash on Delivery, then you will receive store credit for the value of the item/s.
