Refund policy

We understand that sometimes you change your mind, you can return your purchase within a 7 day period for a full refund, minus any original shipping costs, return shipping costs and subject to the below terms:

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return shipping fee of 25 AED will be deducted from the total return item/s.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where we may not be able to offer a full refund:

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after purchase
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on dishware, skincare and baby accessories.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed, and a store credit will be issued.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
